Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

What is CBT?

Does insurance cover psychotherapy?

Many insurance plans cover psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist. Since coverage varies, check with your provider to confirm your eligibility and reimbursement details.

How long will I (or my child) be in therapy?

The length of therapy varies depending on your or your child’s needs, goals, and progress. We’ll regularly check in and work together to determine the right pace and duration.

Is virtual psychotherapy the right fit for me?

Virtual psychotherapy can be a convenient and effective option for many people. It may be a good fit if you have access to a private, comfortable space and reliable internet.
