Positive Therapeutic Outcomes
Adolescents and Young Adults
Adolescence and young adulthood can bring significant changes, pressures, and uncertainty. Rewrite Psychotherapy offers a supportive, non-judgmental space to navigate anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationships, trauma, and life transitions while developing practical skills for meaningful change.
Parenting Consultations
Parenting consultations offer short-term support over 1–10 sessions for caregivers navigating behavioural and emotional challenges with children of all ages. Receive practical, evidence-based strategies, personalized resources, and guidance to better understand your child’s needs, strengthen your relationship, and create meaningful change at home.

The Student Access Therapy Program is available to post-secondary students living in Ontario who do not have psychotherapy coverage through a parent or guardian’s insurance plan and would otherwise experience financial barriers to accessing therapy.
A limited number of spaces are available each academic term. If the program is currently full, interested students may request to be added to the waitlist.
This program provides short-term, virtual psychotherapy and may not be appropriate for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis or requiring specialized or higher-intensity treatment. Eligibility and clinical fit will be discussed during an initial consultation.
Every student deserves care that appropriately meets their needs. If this program is not the right fit, we will be happy to recommend alternative services or resources whenever possible.
-
The program includes eight weekly/bi-weekly, 50-minute virtual sessions. Together, we’ll identify your goals and use evidence-based strategies tailored to your needs, strengths, and current circumstances.
-
Sessions are offered at a reduced rate of $80 each. To support consistency and progress, sessions take place weekly or bi-weekly. The regular cancellation and missed-appointment policies apply, and missed sessions may count toward the eight-session program.
